Cookie Recipe:
- 1 bag Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1 beaten egg
- 14 tablespoons softened butter
- Combine contents of bag with butter and a beaten egg. Blend with mixer to form dough. Chill dough until firm enough to shape into 1″ balls, roll in sugar, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 9 – 11 minutes, or until light brown.
- Yield: about 24 cookies.
