## Special Order Items

Production of special order items begins after your order has been received and may require additional time beyond our standard processing period. Shipping timelines for these products are calculated from the completion of production and not from the original order date.
While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, production schedules may occasionally vary due to material availability, artisan production processes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Should a significant delay occur, we will notify you promptly via email.
## Personalized & Bespoke Products
Certain products may be personalized, customized, or created as bespoke items.
Where applicable, customers will receive a design proof, artwork preview, customization confirmation, or other approval request before production begins.
Production and order processing will commence only after final customer approval has been received. The production timeline for personalized and bespoke products begins on the date final approval is received, not on the original order date.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, names, dates, spelling, wording, and customization details before providing approval. Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible.
Due to the customized nature of these products, personalized and bespoke items may not be eligible for return or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Faithberry.
## International Orders
Customers located outside the United States are welcome to contact us directly at sayhhi@faithberry.co for international order assistance.
Our team will gladly arrange suitable shipping solutions through one of our global distribution partners and provide information regarding delivery timelines and shipping costs for your destination.
