This table saw sled takes the guesswork (and math) out of making wooden stars. Handmade with ½-inch birch plywood, two 5 ¾-inch carbon steel hold-down clamps, solid oak miter slot rails, and a recessed handle for easy use.

I’ve made them with reclaimed wood of all kinds: pallet wood, reclaimed barn wood, even wood from antique pianos. This table saw jig makes cutting these stars fast and easy work.
