Hi, my name is Hannah.

I’ve recently walked through a very difficult season after losing someone incredibly dear to me who had stepped into so many roles in my life: my father figure, my pastor, my boss, my friend, and someone who loved me.

The night he passed away, Psalm 23 was written over his hospital bed. The next day, during a pastors’ meeting with a church that didn’t even know us, they read Psalm 23 over us. Then another church did the same. That Sunday, it was read over us again at church. Later, I listened to a sermon online, and it opened with Psalm 23. The next day, while getting groceries, I even saw someone wearing a Psalm 23 shirt.

Since the day he passed, Psalm 23 has continued to come up in the most unexpected ways. What makes it so beautiful is that Psalm 23 speaks about God sustaining us, walking with us through grief, preparing us for new beginnings, and reminding us that our cup can still overflow.

My testimony is even in the most difficult seasons, God keeps showing me that He is still with me. He hasn’t left me. He is still holding me, and His goodness and love endure forever. 🤍
